Our tour guide Christian exhibited an immense amount of knowledge regarding The Northern Lights. The information was not only educational but also was critical in directing how and where we should go in order to get the best chance of seeing this phenomenon. And sure enough, he delivered as we were able to see a spectacular show of dancing neon lights. Admittedly the tour demands patience as the auroras can be faint and not visible to the naked eye, but Christian’s astute readings of certain atmospheric metrics made him confident that we could see something if we went to a certain area. I am so glad we trusted him because seeing the auroras was one of my favorite parts of our Iceland trip. I should note Christian was also humorous and pleasant, which made the waiting game feel less like a chore and instead like an amusing bonding moment. We didn’t get back to our hotel until 2am, but the experience was worth staying so late. I recommend that anyone who is in Iceland during auroras season do this life-changing tour! -Trevor & Naoki

Tour guide was great about pursuing the lights but stayed out too long. 9:30-2:30 was a bit tiring with another tour early the next day.

Spectacular! The guide, Christian, was extremely knowledgeable and even changed locations to get a better view outside the clod cover. We had a spectacular show of the Northern Lights!

Thron was an excellent guide. He tried very hard to show us the lights, unfortunately we were able only to see a faint bit due to the weather conditions. For future seekers, he said that the first weeks of September were good viewing. We can come back anytime within 2 years to try again with no extra charge bc of the no-show.

This was amazing. Tomas was able to chase the clear skies to get us to a great point to see the lights just as they popped. It was cold but amazing. The cookies and cocoa were also delicious. We got very lucky that the weather cooperates for our scheduled day. A must in Iceland

This was a wonderful experience for anyone looking to see the Northern Lights on their Iceland adventure! Pickup was timely, and the van was comfortable and heated. Our guide, Felix, explained how we would be tracking aurora activity as we drove, and stopping in an area with clear visibility to take photos. He also explained to us how to capture the auroras on our phone cameras as well, and when we arrived at our first stop, also set up his camera to capture photos of all the guests too. We ended the trip with hot cocoa and cookies, then headed back to Reykjavik for drop off. The whole tour was about 4.5 hours, and it was a small group setting. Would recommend!

Had a wonderful night seeing the Northern Lights! Kolbeinn was a great guide and photographer, as was Barney! Got us out of the city and out to the pitch dark to experience the dancing lights, complete with hot chocolate and cookies. The tour was only 18 people, a very manageable group, making for a very enjoyable evening. They take great pictures with you and the lights, which was great! They upload pictures the next day. Truly an amazing experience!! I highly recommend this tour!

Very nice, we were lucky as it had been so cloudy and raining all week and finally one night we went out! They won't waste your time if there is nothing to see. It was my first t ime and it was small and faint but well worth it. I would love to go back! Felix took great pics and there was some real good hot cooca and cookies. I dressed for a snowstorm and still had to add a few layers, so make sure you bring many extra clothes! As a bonus, there were a few falling stars...

An absolutely unforgettable night in Iceland. Our guide knew exactly where to take us, had the patience to let the sky do what it was going to do, and somehow put us in the right place when it finally came alive. Standing beneath the Northern Lights as they danced across the Icelandic sky is something neither of us will ever forget. An extraordinary experience, beautifully done from beginning to end. Thank you for giving us one of those rare nights that will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
