We had an amazing time this morning. Everything was very well organized, the team was friendly and professional, and the balloon flight itself was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast in the sky made the experience even more special. We felt safe and well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Wonderful from start to finish. Early start with excellent driver. Brought out to the venue where we were greeted by lovely staff. So friendly. Had tea while we waited. Brought up by a fantastic pilot after doing the safety briefing. Pilot was funny, knowledgeable and got on great with my son. Went back for a lovely breakfas. The handmade cake by the main lady was exceptional. One off the bucket list. Highly recommend Atlas

They canceled on us and still marked tour as complete. We didn't do it and weren't able to reschedule.
We would like to clarify that this review is not accurate. We have not had any recent private hot air balloon booking that was cancelled by us, and we have not cancelled any private flight matching the situation described in this review. We take every booking seriously and would never mark a tour as completed if it had been cancelled or not operated. We believe there may have been a misunderstanding or an error regarding the booking details. We kindly ask the guest to contact us directly so we can verify the reservation and clarify what happened.

Hot air balloon flight has always been on my bucket list. Didn’t disappoint, highly recommend Atlas Montgolfiere ! We were expertly lifted into the sky by their competent pilot. The views of the sunrise were breathtaking. Being nestled into the clouds was a surreal experience. On landing, we were whisked away for breakfast. A plentiful, varied selection awaited us. Memories made that I’ll cherish forever!
