We had lots of fun and service was great
This was an amazing morning snorkel. The crew was amazing, shout out to Finn who was amazing in all areas. The rest of the crew was top notch too but Finn and Gannon really stepped it up in customer service. Dawson was also amazing when my wife felt ill he made sure to get her ice and make sure she was hydrated. The captain was also great! I just cannot say how amazing the trip was and the service cannot wait to bring the rest of the family down to do one
Clean boat and great crew. Breakfast was croissants, drinks were flowing from the beginning if the trip. No coffee, so bring your own
The boat was very comfortable and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very safe with it being my first time really swimming in the ocean. We saw different corals and many different beautiful fish. The boat was very clean and the equipment we used was well maintained. This was one of my favorite activities I did in Key West over the course of 10 days and would recommend it to anyone visiting!
This was so fun! The captain and his crew were so welcoming and aware of everything! Felt very safe. Equipment was clean and functional. Would totally use them again.
The boat is big and comfortable. The staff is friendly fun and always helping you have a good time. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in fun.
I’ve never snorkeled before. I wish I would have practiced in a pool to familiarize myself with it before hand. The water was really choppy, if it weren’t I think I would have done better. After sometime, I got the hang of it. I would recommend taking Dramamine if you get sea sick. I got sick but I think it was from swallowing salt water, due to the choppiness of water. Definitely use the pool noodle. You don’t need a life jacket if you’re worried about needing one. The water is very buoyant. Everyone was very kind. I definitely recommend this company!
Loved the reef and staff! Great snorkel experience - my only feedback was that there was no coffee included (a staff member said they’re discontinuing it), which I was eagerly anticipating since I didn’t get any before we boarded the ship. It sounds like the description needs to be updated for this tour.
This was a Fantastic morning, the only issue was finding the office, but we asked someone and they were happy to help, the crew was Excellent, Loved the whole experience, was an Absolutely Beautiful morning, and very affordable!!!!
I would give this 10 out of 5. It was such a great excursion! We thought it was just a mimosa and a muffin plus snorkeling, but it was unlimited drinks and fresh fruit plus croissants! Snorkeling was not rushed and the boat crew were professional and valued safety and fun!
