Victor, the trip departs at 9am. Everywhere we sell the tour tells you that you must arrive 30-45 minutes early as there is a strict marina departure schedule. 60 other guests made it on time. The weather was fine and we ran a great trip. This person simply showed up after 9am which is when the trip leaves the dock.
