Loved the pre-show....
Loved the pre-show. Overall the food wasn’t bad including dessert….we ate first so it wasn’t too cool (had seen reviews saying it can get colder, so ate first). The waiter was great! Loved the music on board, the commentary of the area and had a beautiful evening to just enjoy the river and the lights. Loved it and definitely recommend!!

Great experience, but TERRIBLE parking processes.
Great experience but can be ruined by terrible parking arrangements. Apparently there are Star spots and regular spots for parking. Although I accidentally incorrectly chose the regular spot, which is only a $4 difference, I was cited, got a boot placed on my vehicle, and scammed (my opinion) out of $30. Mind you, parking is already $47 for 3 hours. Ruined an otherwise great experience.

There are a number of parking options in the area, unfortunately we do not own or operate any of those options. As with many downtown area private lots, it is always advisable to purchase a bit more time than you anticipate. Thank you for mentioning it. Show less

A horrible mistake
Band was sorry couldn’t get food selected the wrong option even though it was a buffet chairs were not comfortable hard and small captain talked the entire trip so we couldn’t enjoy what we had going on

Amazing 1st time experience
I booked this experience for mine and my husband's wedding anniversary. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time We chose to include dinner in our package and I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who wants to relax while traveling down the Mississippi River.

First time on a boat
The river boat cruise was an awesome time! The captain was knowledgeable and funny. The jazz band was great and it was an overall great experience.

What a wonderful dinner Cruise!
This cruise is well worth it to learn about some history of New Orleans. The food was delicious. The bread pudding has a mild sweet taste! The cream on top was delicious.
