The safari itself was enjoyable, but some aspects of the service did not match what was advertised. Wi-Fi was listed as available on board, but there was no actual onboard Wi-Fi. Instead, the driver used his personal phone to hotspot us. Since he was frequently making and receiving calls throughout the trip, the hotspot connection kept getting interrupted and was therefore unreliable. Eventually, his phone battery died, leaving us with no internet access at all. Water was also advertised as included but was not provided during the safari. It was only after the tour had ended and I specifically asked about it that the driver got us some. Bottled water should have been available in the vehicle from the start. Our safari was at 1:30 p.m., and we saw fewer animals than expected. The driver later explained that animals are often less active during the afternoon heat. While wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, it would be helpful to offer a morning option or advise guests on the best viewing times, especially as tourists may not know this.

We had a fantastic day with Joseph. He was professional and made sure we got to see as many animals as possible, rushing to an area where lions had been spotted :) there was a cooler with lots of water and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. We loved it! Thanks Joseph!

We were able to arrange a 1/2 day customized private tour to Nairobi National Park and the Sheldrick elephant orphanage. Our guide Joe was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and personable and worked hard to provide us with seeing the animals we most desired to see- the rhinos! He answered all of our questions and shared many of his unique safari experiences. We saw many other animals including lions, monkeys, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, antelope, and ostriches. Joe also customized our experience and added a quick tour to the bead factory to enhance our experience. Majestic provided an amazing experience at a price that was better than a shared tour with other companies. I would highly recommend Majestic and Joe for any Kenyan adventures!!

A great experience of Safari in Nairobi National Park with Majestic Tours through Viator. Sam, the guide and driver showed upon time: he was knowledgeable and courteous. In the park, he had extensive knowledge of the park and its inhabitants, with more than a decade of experience. What amazed us was his ability to spot animals afar, which any untrained eye would miss. When asked, Sam calmly replied:” I eat with my eyes!”- emphasizing his core skill. All in all, a delightful experience and we came back very satisfied. Sam is also an excellent photographer. Post-tour, he shared his pics. with us-all fabulous ones! Josee, Majestic Tours co-ordinater, was seamless in attending to pre- tour and post- tour queries from us, relieving us of any anxiety! Would recommend this tour to anyone.

Joseph was such a great host and dedicated animal spotter. His knowledge, experience and warmth made the trip unforgettable. We learned a lot and spotted lots of animals. We strongly recommend to go with Joseph, he makes a difference (he even helped us with the entrance fee because all our options didn‘t work out but he saved the day). You will enjoy this tour!
