Tour is nice. Guide / driver was courteous & well informed. Vehicle is not a Landrover as pictured but a dated & dirty van. Buy your park tickets online before being picked up. Bring your passport. The souvenir shop offers goods at 5-10x other shop prices.
My hand booked this trap on east minute but we we picked up on time despite Nairobi traffic. Game drive was amazing and I will use them again to witness animals imagination at masai mara. I recommend them

Such an amazing safari, i here people say that african time is always late. But francis the tour guide picked us 20mnts early which was unsually. And that why we saw many lions, a pride of 7 lions and a lion on top of the tree. The photos of girrafe and the view of the city was crazy. I would recommend tour company. Thenks francis

I booked this tour and I got no confirmation at all. It said my hotel was not listed and then I heard nothing. The day before I tried to cancel the booking but I could not find any record of the reservation so I thought it had not gone through. Then the day before when it was too late to cancel I got confirmation. I had already booked a different tour. The manager John was really unhelpful. I would not book this tour.

The driver, whom I wasn't able to get the name was very nice and accommodating. Although we didn't get to see most animals I guess because of the weather too, it was still fun because we really felt like he was trying so hard to find them for us. The trip was also comfortable and he's giving us time to really appreciate the nature and each animals we stopped by.
