From the early morning pickup to the flight, it was amazing. The crew calmed our nerves and soothed our fears, and letting us watch the balloons inflate calmed them further. Best company to book with; the post-flight bubbly and the post-flight certificate were nice touches.

my Driver was informative and on time he got me there safely. sign in was quick, the whole experience was amazing and the balloon ride was so smooth from start to finish, I only have one negative and that was I wasn't really directed on when or were to go so pretty much just followed the other attendees once they arrived
Most horrible customer service !! Their driver did not come at designated time , and due to mis guidance from another Spanish speaking driver ended up paying a different tour operator . After repeated requests , denied a refund .. even a partial refund . Although no services provided to us !

Extremely poor customer service and communication. Was unable to make the trip at all due to driver coming late and receiving no clear cut instructions. Had to do the trip with another operator . Despite not able to make the trip, operator refused to give a refund ! Even after multiple requests no refund given!

Our hot air balloon ride over the pyramids was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, peaceful, and incredibly well organized. The flight itself was absolutely magical. Floating quietly above the ancient pyramids as the sun came up was breathtaking—it was such a calm and serene way to experience Teotihuacán, and the views were unforgettable. Our pilot was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and calm, which made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire flight. We learned so much about the surrounding area while simply enjoying the peacefulness of being up in the air. The ride was remarkably smooth, and the whole experience felt safe and relaxed. Watching the other balloons fill the sky around us made the morning even more spectacular. If you’re visiting Teotihuacán, I cannot recommend a hot air balloon ride with Globo Tetris enough. It is absolutely worth getting up early for and something we will remember for years to come! 🎈✨

Javier our driver was timely and communicated efficiently. He drove safe and it was nice to just have a personal driver for the morning. Ivan our pilot was lively and reassuring! He was charismatic and attentive to all worries. We enjoyed how kind and enthusiastic everyone was! Would book again!
