This experience was the highlight of our trip to Hanoi. The food was amazing and Tam did a great job sharing with us everything about the Vietnamese culture (in perfect English). Would recommend to anyone who visits Hanoi. honestly, it should be the #1 activity in your list. Do go on an empty stomach since you’ll want to eat all the food. We had a snack an hour before the tour and highly regretted it since everything on the tour was delicious.

We did a wonderful day trip to Ninh Binh and Tam Coc with Tam. He was professional and was happy to answer our many questions. Super knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we did a bike tour on a separate day in Hanoi, where we tasted local Pho, coffee and saw the beautiful city and out to the countryside. Highly reccomend. Thanks Tam !

We really enjoy having with him. Essentially we learned a lot of Vietnam food culture. Well it's not only food but also a lot of Vietnam culture and its history. As a food and history couple, we actually felt enjoyed it like we're immersing with local. Overall, we learned a lot and enjoyed it as well. hoping we will meet again in the near future. I had a great day with Tam. He arrived early and lead me around Hanoi Old Quarter explain the history of Hanoi and showing me the sights. What was special were all the places we stopped to eat… each one unique and very tasty, some of the places were literally in people’s houses. We wander through so many parts each with their own storey. It was a long day but I’m grateful to have spent it in the company of Tam. 🙏

Tam was the best guide! He gave us nice and interesting explanations of everything. He also made a stop on request to make a picture.
