Felt really disappointed as I did not get to experience the photo shooting at all! I received a WhatsApp msg just one hour and a half ahead the actual appointment informing me that we need to cancel as the photographer could not attend for personal emergency reasons. Although I understand that such things can happen, I felt really let down as there was no effort whatsoever by the organisers to offer alternatives. The point is that I had arranged the whole schedule of the specific day with this “experience “ appointment in mind, thus having to skip other activities in order to prioritise this one. The last minute notice by the organisers did not really allow me to take the most of my day in any other way ( as appointment was arranged for 6pm). I even offered to wake up very early in the morning the day after ahead of me going to the airport in order to fly back, but still I got referred. The odd thing is that the organisers kept nevertheless the appointments for the next day still free and available for booking on trip advisor. When I reached out to ask how come and the appointments still appear free to book for the day after, whilst my idea of rescheduling for the next day was turned down, I received no feedback at all. On a positive note I was at least given full refund within 4 days. Still, the incident per se as well as the approach of the organisers left me really let down as I was really looking forward to enjoy this experience during the last day of my holidays.
