POOR QUALITY, NO REFUND.
The instructions where to meet, and communication with the Photographer were good. The Photographer got in contact with us the day before the pictures and requested we get there early due to the hot weather and crowds. We got there one hour earlier, but the Photographer was one hour late. She called and informed us she would be late after we already arrived. It was frustrating, because it was very hot (45 degrees C), and we had another tour scheduled later that day.
The photographer was friendly and talented and took some great pictures and a 30 second video.
I received the pictures and vidio through my email. It was a complicated process to download them to my phone, but after trial and error, I figured it out. I was very satisfied with the pictures and the video.
After I receive the pictures, I got an offer in my email saying they had more pictures that I did not get, and for €49, they would send them to me. I sent them the €49 and the pictures they sent to me were bad quality, blurry, and dark. I was expecting the pictures to be of the same quality that I paid for earlier. If I knew the pictures were going to come unedited, I would not have bought them.
I sent the company an email explaining to them. The pictures were low quality and that I would like a refund. The company, PICSTER, said that those pictures were sent unedited and that for five euros a picture they would fix them. I told them I was unsatisfied with that response and requested a refund of €49. They never got back to me after that.

Cancelled at 4am for 8am photoshoot
They confirmed a couple of days before but then at 4am on the day we had an 8am photoshoot scheduled, they messaged to cancel. Four kids (ages 14-22) and I got up early, dressed for photos, and walked 25 minutes. No one called to inform me that it was cancelled. They just messaged at 4am! When I tried calling, no one picked up.
Very disappointed because we cannot reschedule. I really wanted photos of my family while I had all of my children together - it’s rare we’re all together these days!

Unforgettable memories
It was a lovely to be able to book the shoot at 8am before the majority of the tourists arrive.
The photographer was lovely and guided me to iconic spots. I wanted spontaneous, natural holiday images to remember my birthday in Seville and the iconic Plaza España. The photographer delivered, I received the images quickly and the process is seamless. Highly recommended.

We loved it!
We loved our photos! Catherina was our photographer and she helped us a lot to make the session feel very natural, and we enjoyed it a lot. Seville is beautiful and I believe it totally deserves to have incredible photos of our trip. 100% worth it to have such beautiful memories of such a lovely place.

A memorable memory ❤️ gorgeous everything
It was one of the most beautiful things I did , the photos are spectacular and I was mostly at ease despite having my photos taken not something I love especially to be the center of attention but instead I was fine .. graziee with all my heart
