Brilliant tour, it's are must , friendly tour guide and friendly bus driver. The scenery was just breathtaking.

Salvator was absolutely amazing! Very kind, helpful, and willing to explain anything. Patient, too! The whole tour was very well organized; the 7:00 AM departure was spot-on. Truly great! Many thanks for a wonderful day—Jitka and Jitka.

The route had a rerouting due to weather -flooding which if properly prepared should NOT have been too unexpected but the leader on the bus seemed confused. The stops were altered and I felt bad for the old folks and families with children as the first stop was 3.5 hours from the beginning and then the stop was only 17 minutes long .. 50 people on the bus rushed to the bathrooms and were told to grab food there at the cafe stop so we could all eat on the Bernini train .. ( you can not eat or drink on the tour bus) terrible option as the Bernini train was packed and no real option for eating. Again felt bad for families and the older folks struggling. Our leader was not empathetic to the concerns of the bus riders. poor communication with riders . Poor poor planning on the tour company for rerouting or obstacles through the LONG LONG bus ride. Riders should have a stop for every 2.5 hours riding .. even 20 minutes would have benefitted the enjoyment of the trip. This is my 5th Viator tour and have been very pleased in the others but I would not recommend this as an option.

The trip was for photos of beautiful Alpine views, but in reality, it's about a suburban train with seats where the knees of two people sitting opposite each other bump into each other. The review is very limited, passengers interfere with each other trying to take a good picture, and in the end, the crowding spoils all the enjoyment of the trip. Tired more than enjoyed the tour.

Spent a beautiful day in Switzerland. St. Moritz was charming, while the views of the Alps were breathtaking. Our tour guide Hajo was excellent. She did a great job keeping a large group on time, and also sharing tons of knowledge of the areas we visited. It's a long day, but very much worth it, imo. Here's a tip. Being a charger for your phone. The cafe that is the meeting spot in St. Moritz, and the red train both have outlets to charge your phone. It's a long day, so you will probably need it.

A must do. The whole day was amazing! The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery was truly beathtaking.

Had a great time. Our tour guide and bus driver were wonderful and the bus was very comfortable and clean. The sites on the train were amazing! Beautiful waterfalls, mountains, and even glaciers. Overall fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour was well organized and timed. The coach was reserved exclusively for the group and the Hajo pointed out every view that comes up along the way. We enjoyed it very much

This is the best tour I have ever had. The scenery is just breathtaking. The Red Train Bernina Express is just fantastic. The experience of seeing your own train winding through valleys is just amazing. Our guide Salvadore is very knowledgeable and organized. We learned a lot from him during this tour. The coach driver, Giuseppe, was masterful on the winding roads. We recommend to everyone.
