Our guide Tabatha was very efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately it was very hot and having to climb the hill in San Gimignano was difficult. My understanding when I booked the trip was the bus would drop us in the town center but that was not the case. No fault of our guide.:

Tabitha was a great guide and Ciro was a great bus driver. The time in Siena and San Gimignano was just enough to get a quick feel of the city. Best if you only have one day and want to quickly see two Tuscan cities
The tour gave us optimal time to see the cities in a single day. Definitely recommend if your visiting Florence but also want a quick feel for Sienna and San Gimignano.
The whole process was super organized, the tour director Tabita was amazing, patient and gave great guidance. The driver Cirro was pleasant and on time. I would recommend this tour.

Our last day in Tuscany before we move on and this trip was fantastic. We visited two locations and had plenty of time to look around. The guide (Tabatha) was very helpful and provided theright amount of info and knowledge of the area but we also had some time to rest in between. Just a great tour. Our coach driver (Behar) provided a very comfortable ride and the bus was air conditioned and clean and tidy. We would definitely do this again and hope we cet the same guide and driver. Thank you

For my first trip to Italy, this day trip from Florence was perfecto!!! Tabata & Behar were fabulous! Tabata shared important notes about the regions history & prepared us to make the most of our tour. Loved it!
