We had a great experience and the guide was fantastic with my nieces. However it did get quite hot once it got later in the day!

On your app a person can connect on Google maps to get to the assembly point. However, takes you to the main exit gate. There they know nothing about guided tours and snd you to the entrance gate that tells you to walk all the way down the very steep hill and then you have to take a very steep set of steps to get back up the entire hill again. No sign of Viator or City Wonders that provide the guide. Then you don't start on time as you advertised. Wait for late comers. Very unprofessional organization. No one at your office ever checked what your Google maps will do, tell you to go in via the exit through the park to meet outside the park at another gate. Technology is wonderfull when it works, therefore should be tested

Olga E was very fun to listen to and was so informative. Im so glad I didnt go in blind, knowing the information and seeing the architecture makes the experience much more enjoyable. I stayed for maybe 2 hours just looking at the buildings. The detail was worth the price of the tour. Thank you Olga E!!!
