On time and on the spot they said they would be. Car was fine, Copland enough space for people and luggage. It took us 75 minutes to the hotel from the airport.

On time and good communication through WhatsApp
Both times they were on time and right there with a sign with our name on it. Only negative to say is the driver was looking on his phone A LOT. Didn’t feel very safe. Other then that good transfer

Damian was excellent in taking us on time from Santo Domingo with smooth driving a clean car and very good customer service.

Cocotours is the way to go for transportation
Our driver was very professional in our communication and arrived early to pick us up for our return to the airport. No complaints here!

Attentive and communicative
The Coco tours team is incredibly professional and helpful. I was able to easily confirm my airport pickup time via email, and their team was very responsive. I was flying overnight, leaving on one date and landing early on the next, and their staff reconfirmed the arrival date and time via text the day before which I appreciated. Freddy was my driver and texted me when my flight landed to let me know he’d be ready to pick me up and shared the location to meet him at. I would definitely book again.

Great experience, just what we needed
We were picked on time, and our driver was super helpful. Fransisco knew exactly where to go and got us to and from the resort safely. I highly recommend CocoTours for all of my transportation needs.
