Truly the best tour we have ever done. The cost of the tour is RM650 per jetski and we went with two people on one jetski. The staff is super nice and helpful. The items are in top condition. We visited 2 private beaches, mangrove, crocodile cave, Kilim GeoPark, and a place with more than 10 eagles. We have been hiking for about 3.5 hours and saw the most beautiful nature. During the tour, the guide also tells various things about the culture, tradition, and history of Langkawi and Malaysia. If you go to Langkawi, definitely book the jet ski tour at Red Ray watersport. You really won't regret that. Thanks for the great experience!

Fantastic experience and Aprx was a great host!

We booked the GOLD package expecting to be out for the four hours advertised. We left late and finished early. In total we had just under a 3 and half hour trip. At least 1 hour of that was sitting around at pregnant maiden beach and a second private beach. Both pretty average checkpoints if you read other reviews. Guide wasn't great at explaining the supposed 10 checkpoints. He didn't even mention mangroves or the mangrove river which was one of the reasons I booked this package. Guide had his phone out a lot but not to take photos of us just for his personal use. While I did see other guides from different companies taking photos of customers throughout the trip. At our last stop eagle feeding he did take a few photos of our group together on his phone but then never sent them to us. We asked the guide several times and then asked the owner several times both via Watts app but both couldn't be bothered providing these to us. We did really enjoy the the time we got to spend jetski riding. This was great fun and a highlight of Langkawi for us. We also received our drone footage which was very well done. Overall I would recommend doing a jetski trip on Langkawi. Just don't overpay for a GOLD package and expect to get great customer service.

Today me and my family joined the platinum jetski tour guided by the guides named Leo and Shadow. Guides with the friendliest smiles, great social skills and impressive knowledge about all the beauty of the nature! I would definatly recommend Red Ray Watersports for a great day out! Also great with kids!!
