Thank you for organising this great tour and class! Sue was an amazing tour guide who gave us lots of interesting insights on the way of life in Hoi An and Vietnam, the history and culture and a great bicycle tour through the rice fields. Also many thanks to the cook (who’s name I unfortunately forgot). It was great fun and we got a lot of inspiration to cook at home. All in all an experience that we hoped for!
We had a great time with Billy. He is a fun, happy, positive person. He is informative and told us many details about Vietnam history, its culture, and the people. He also taught us some very useful Vietnamese phrases. He took us on a bicycle tour to the countryside and to the cooking class. We chose to cook vegetarian dishes. We ate everything because it was very delicious. I highly recommend this tour and you will not be disappointed.
