We were very disappointed in this experience we didn’t get what was advertised and it was expensive for what we got. It was for our 60th birthday so wanted something special but didnt get that, we did raise our concerns with viator and basically got dismissed with an apology

First time we got a bad review in ten years of business and also seascape boat rental company which you did the boat with is a 5 star company on viator with over 700 reviews and 5 star ratings so we are both particularly surprised as this is the first negative review we have received in over 10 years of providing private yacht and boat experiences in Zakynthos.
We always aim to deliver the experience described in our listing, and we regret that on this occasion you felt it did not meet your expectations. We are also sorry that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed when you contacted Viator and asked for a refund which the boat and everything on Viator was offered without no false information , the captain also told us that you had given him a tip also and you seemed to have a great time .
We are sorry but we don’t really deserve this one star review that was based on getting a refund back for an activity that was performed on two business with 5 star rating in years of luxury service . Thanks once again

Great trip
Great trip. Not rushed at all and lot of different options to stop depending on what we wanted to do and how busy it was. Highly recommended.

Wonderful day on the speedboat
Chris completely took care of us! We had seen some sites already, so he tailored the day so that everything was a new experience. We loved it and would gladly book it again if we return!

Excellent
We were staying just across the road from Luxury Island Events in Laganas and are so glad we found them. We rented a boat for 4 hours, and it was one of the highlights of our trip the water was beautiful, and it was the perfect way to see Zakynthos from a different perspective. Everything was easy to organise, and the boat was clean and comfortable. We also booked the white party with them, this was run by two lovely ladies who were so welcoming and made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived.
We would highly recommend Luxury Island Events to anyone visiting Laganas or Zakynthos if you want a special experience on your holiday. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

Amazing!
Such a great trip. I found this trip so worth it. Denise was super professional, and the crew was amazing from start to finish. The island itself is gorgeous and overall was an amazing experience.

Amazing experience
Our experience with the ladies that work here was amazing! They're so kind and friendly. The boat trip was so fun and I 100% recommend it. Such a great and unforgettable experience!

Great option for a boat day in Zakynthos!
We had an excellent time with our captain Luca! He brought us out to the shipwreck, to swim in the caves and to some lovely swim spots. It was a lovely afternoon!
