We were given the wrong info where to meet. Luckily someone from the Castle Experience finally came out after we had been there 45 mins, to say we needed to go to the bus station after we had taken a taxi to the office. So we had to walk to the bus station. When we got to Monserrat, it was so foggy we couldn’t see the mountains nor the buildings. After paying $175, we felt like we got ripped off. I realize you can’t control the weather, but why not cancel it since we couldn’t see anything.
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that weather conditions, including fog at Montserrat, are beyond our control and can affect visibility. Tours generally operate as scheduled unless weather conditions create safety concerns or prevent the experience from operating. Unfortunately, reduced visibility alone does not necessarily require cancellation.
