The exploration tour was a good mix between informative, exciting and also fun. Of course, there are also some things that are not so interesting. But the exciting one prevails.

A simple and effective audio tour with clear narration and some interesting facts. I like the self-pacing. I expected it to start automatically when we reached a point (other apps do this) it I had to press play each time which was annoying as it was very cold and I had to take my glove off, so I ended up feeling very cold overall!

We wanted to better understand the history of Buda district and so I took this audio guide that made us discover places and places that we would otherwise never have looked at. Really great experience.

Great route and clear, concise audio guide, easy to pause and restart at will

A great solution to get around Buda and learn about its iconic places. Lots of information and curiosities. You can hear it with headphones (remember to bring them!) or on speakerphone.

No no no no. This was a terrible experience. First on me because I usually get the tickets and go. I didn’t realize until trying to find a ticket or information office that this “experience “ is booked through a 3rd party app. You have to download the app for the audio play. With all the walking we did to try and find the “entrance” I was furious to have been so ill prepared. Next time guided tour.
We understand you — when you expect a “ticket and admission,“ but get a “surprise with an app,“ emotions can run high. You're right about one thing: it's not really a ticket or an offline guide, but a TouringBee audio tour that lives in your smartphone and accompanies you on your walk, rather than leading you by the hand to the ticket office. If you decide to give the audio guide a second chance (after preparing yourself mentally 😄), it won't run away, be late, or lead a crowd behind it — just you, the city, and the stories. In any case, we hope that your next trips with TouringBee will begin without the phrase “No no no no“ and end with a smile 🙂
It was like walking around with a knowledgeable friend - great experience. I was worried that the guide would be sounded and written by AI. It wasn’t. I heard a real human voice that was pleasant to the ear, all with natural pauses and intonation. And the information was sometimes unexpected, sometimes funny (Had no idea I would encounter Dracula places in Buda! ) Definitely there is a human touch in the product. The app is easy to use, I had no difficulty with downloading the audio guide

I have to say it was a great experience. Did the download of the App before at hotel with WLAN & it did work wonderful , also GPS Does provide nice input of history & details of sights Additional Sights could and should be added such as the hospital in the rocks

This was not a good experience, we did manage ge to locate the starting point of Vienna Gate. Sign posts to the location were non existent. We tried thr link we were given to the app for help but it did not recognise our booking reference so we never .managed to use the walking audio guide. It was a waste of money!
