The p/u was great for 2 of the 6 people in the reservation. For 4 of the reservation their flights were delayed which in turn caused us to miss 2 flights and did not arrive in Anchorage until The next afternoon. Because of time changes and flying times I could not call w/I 24 hours to cnx 4 passengers, however I did text but was told a refund could not be given for 4 passengers due to being outside 24 hours. Unfortunately for us, in a 24 hour time frame we were in the air all but 2 hours in which I was put up in a hotel for 2 hours at 1:30 a.m.

Operator monitored my flight arrival and provided early pickup, which was smooth. Clean vehicle, great driver who handled my luggage at both ends. I ended up being the only passenger!

Everything went well on transferring to hotel from airport. On time and helpful. Tooah a was great!!
