To be honest, On our side, we would like to share with all other guests about your situation too. The night before, I received your message from WhatsApp, I immediately responded to your message, and I gave you a few options for Ninh Binh. Option 1 Bai Dinh pagoda - Trang An Boat and Mua cave. Option 2 Hoa Lu ancient capital city - Trang An Boat and Mua cave. The final confirmation booking through WhatsApp between you and me was Option 2 Hoa Lu Ancient Capital City. On our side, we all stay on the trust even though we didn't know about you before but we stilled deciding to let you make the payment when on tour pick up, don't have to deposit for the tour. The next day you called me after finishing the Ancient capital city and you asked us to change to Bai Dinh Pagoda ( How come to change when you are on a group tour and all the other group tour go to Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda in the morning same time as Ancient capital city ) I told you politely. and then you asked us how much we have to pay if you don't join the boat in Trang an. the answer is impossible to change as your confirmation for the tour and pls full pay because all tickets were reserved with QR code tickets cannot return ( thats about the trust ). Then I think this thing made u not satisfied because you could not be changed to Bai Dinh pagoda if you confirm us the night before that you want to go to Bai Dinh pagoda and not the ancient capital city we could arrange you the Bai Dinh pagoda so easier but this was not happened from your side and of course you told us not the right time to change. Secondly about the boat in Trang An, all the Group tour from different companies they all choose the route 2 which is about 2 hours with nicer view many grottoes and place where Hollywood company chose to film King Kong movie, You want to take route 3 which is 3 hours, it is not suitable for the group because if you take route 3 we dont have time for Mua cave which is the final activities and other guest have to wait for you. It seems not fair for others guests and other reason it will be dark when reach to Mua cave thats reason all group tour not only us decided to take route 2 which nicer and balance time for all activities on time and not get dark. Finally, We are really appreciated about your support and sharing us your experience.
