Malisima. We were greeted by a gentleman without a sign. Saying the car broke down. After another car came. After another car came. They sent us an uber more than an hour later little that almost didn't get the bags. A scam
Elias was very patient and informative during the trip. We left later than the start time but he attempted to fulfill most of our itinerary and even took us to additional stops.
Excellent communication - kept us well informed of location in airport, sent pictures of vehicle and license to make our ride easy to find.
I was expecting a nice black sedan like the photo but we were picked up in a car that resembled an economical uber vehicle. The driver did not speak English, but was very kind & a safe driver.
