Not all transfers are the same. Last year, fantastic. You ruined my experience, Viator. Don't tell me to contact the provider the day of. My driver was kind and efficient, and completely not at fault for the bad experience.
The company left us at the airport with no ride to our hotel. We followed the original directions to ""Prearranged area 5" contacted the assigned driver and were told by the driver that he was not permitted to enter "Prearranged area 5". The driver wanted us to walk to a new meeting place, somewhere else. I could not understand the drivers instructions. He told me that he would contact His boss and call me back. He did not call me back, when I called him again he could only ask me if I had received his video message.....I had not. I called Viator Support for help.....good luck! The support operator informed me that she would try to reach the driver. I was put on hold for a few minutes, when she returned her response was that she could not reach the driver and that Viator contracts with a third party vendor...I was never made aware of that. She offered no other help or solution and seemed to have no concern that we were stranded at the airport. I canceled my ride and received an email several days after that they would not refund me the ride cost due to the problem being caused by us, WHAT? Also I booked a Luxury Sedan ride and the driver told us he was driving a Toyota Sienna, while the meeting instructions told us to look for a Honda Odyssey.....not much luxury to either. I was able to find a taxi to our hotel for less than the booked price of the LUXURY SEDAN, and it was a very clean vehicle and a very helpful driver. So be careful using this company since in our case it wasn't even Viator that was delivering the ride and Viator could have cared less. I also canceled my return trip to the airport and our hotel arranged a taxi for a flat fee that was once again less than Viator (or whomever) charge. To this point we have no idea who the other company was. I will never book with Viator again, period!
On time for pick up with great text communication from booking to pickup. Friendly drivers as well who helped with luggage.

Horrible experience.. The whole ride to my destination, the driver was saying F word the entire car ride: I get it; traffic can be a bit hectic at times, but his negative actions and comments were uncalled for!!! Him saying he wants to go back from and that he “regrets picking us up from the airport “ was alarming to me!! I’ve never been in a situation where I felt unsafe and unwelcome from another stranger!! Very poor service and greeting experience ever of my life. And I travel a lot, this is by far the WORST experience!! Never again I’d use this travel services again!!!

1st off it was easy to book ,but then I had 3 drivers texting me I was a little confused,the head driver straightened it out and our driver was fabulous no complaints he waited for us while Alaska Airlines failed their 20 minute guarantee unload the luggage to you at claims error,he's was very patient ,his car was very clean, Tommy was very informative.
