We had a great day with Vivian. The tour is completely customized to you, so come with an idea of what you’d like to see. She will of course give suggestions. Highly recommend having WeChat for payments or cash beforehand. Definitely get a drone delivery in the park and be sure to see the tech marketplace. The Free Sky experience for the observation deck was a highlight—yes it’s touristy but it’s very well done and affords you some amazing views. Would happily work with Vivian again.

Vivian was a wonderful guide. My son and I had a terrific time touring Shenzhen and learning about this amazing city from her.

Best Tour Ever!
Sunny is extremely communicative and helpful when setting up the tour. We had an amazing time with Janine who was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We had a mixed age group ranging from 13 to 75 and everyone enjoyed the tour. Janine was a huge asset at the electronics market, helping us secure the best prices and she even ordered milk tea for us via drone delivery. Really amazing day!

Quick but valuable go around Shenzhen
Pick from the fast train station, convenient car, flexible agenda, many options and very, very carrying attitude.

A day to remember forever
My day with Vivian was an absolute highlight. As my private guide, she put together a tailor-made itinerary that perfectly matched what we were looking for — relaxed, but packed with interesting stops and genuine local insight. She was incredibly flexible throughout the day, adjusting plans without any fuss, and her warm, friendly manner made the whole experience feel effortless. Highly recommend booking a private tour with Vivian if you want something personal and well-organised rather than a generic group experience.

I recommend this to without hesitation.
Lina was fantastic. She was very informative and energetic. She accommodated our choices and gave great advice. The driver was excellent. The BYD electric car was very comfortable. The tour was a great value.

Shenzhen is even better with a private guide and driver
Lina is an absolute delight. She was wonderful to spend the day with and completely exceeded my expectations for my day out in Shenzhen, she is a real gem. Everything I was hoping to see she was able to put together, and then some, including a wonderful Hakka lunch, drone-delivered drinks, and robot-made coffee and ice cream.
