We had an excellent time in Guilin with Patty as our guide. She was very friendly and polite. Gave a good amount of information but wasn’t boring. She was attentive and always on time. We never waited as she always arranged the perfect pickup time and spot with the driver. We travelled with our 2 year old daughter who got sick during our stay and required a trip to the hospital. Patty helped us translate and navigate the hospital experience. I can’t imagine trying to do it without her help. We had a great time and recommend the tour with Patty in Guilin.

We spent 4 amazing days, our guide was really good in English and she always made sure we were never lost. Suey proposed really good activities and adapted herself to our needs and even helped us change our train. She was really kind and made us try local foods and always made sure that the restaurant was adapted to our needs.

Our lovely guide Lilly. She added on some great excursions and genuinely had a connection with the group. As an extra bonus she sang some lovely folk songs on the bus.

We had a memorable visit of Guilin because of Lily Cao, our great local tour guide. She is so proud to show the beauty of this city and its surrounding areas. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and sweet. She also has a motherly instinct, took care of us like her family. She built a relationship that meant to last. She loves what she does and does it with pride. She is an excellent representative of the company that she works for, a true asset! And not to forget, we also had a great driver, Mr. Leu

Lily Cao is an excellent tour guide. We booked a private 3 night 2 days Guilin tour which included the Li River cruise. The minute she picked us up at the train station until she dropped us off, we were not disappointed. She's through, explained what to expect & gave us lots of info & history of every places that we went. She wanted us to know about Guilin & have a great experience in Guilin & we certainly did! You can tell she loves to share her stories & history. She made us feel welcome & safe. Thank you, Lily, can not ask for a better tour guide.

Our guide in Guilin was Janet. Good English, knowledgeable and gave us lots of information of the local culture and food. The trip down the River Li was spectacular. Had a good massage on the way home and a visit to an old town still with it's old houses. Thank you Janet .

Was a lovely experience on the cruise was very interesting and informative our guide janet had a good knowledge of information which helped alot.the cruise wasn't too long but was enjoyable, the other people were helpful and friendly. Well worth to put on your to do list for the experience.

We took a tour through Guilin and Yangshuo and the experience was simply wonderful. We want to especially highlight our guide, Janet, for her enormous professionalism, kindness, and excellent command of English. From the very first moment, she made everything easy, pleasant, and perfectly organized, also providing very interesting explanations throughout the entire tour. We enjoyed the landscapes, the visit, and, above all, feeling so well accompanied throughout the entire experience very much. Without a doubt, a totally recommendable tour and a beautiful memory of our trip through China. 10/10! We would do it again without hesitation.
