Sunny has been contacting me before and during the trip. Charles picked us up and took us to the train as well as picked up at the end of the day. Grace and driver picked us up in Hangzhou. Grace took us to multiple places and she was super nice and knowledgeable. We felt being taken care of so well. Lunch is very delicious. Great day with great tour guides.
We had a day trip to the West Lake that also included thr Longjing green tea plantations and the Buddhist grottoes with Lea. She was excellent, everything went very smoothly and we got to see everything we requested! Definitely recommended.
Memorable day was spent travelling by Bullet Train to Hangzhou. The temple was excellent. The guide Ms Lea was excellent, she took us thru the trip in a very friendly way.

Our tour to Hangzhou, West Lake, and the Longjing Tea Plantation was one of the highlights of our trip to China. West Lake was absolutely stunning, with its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and unforgettable views. Visiting the Longjing Tea Plantation was a wonderful experience, and it was fascinating to learn about the production of one of China’s most famous teas while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Everything was perfectly organized, and our tour guide, Lea, was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Her interesting explanations and warm personality made the tour even more enjoyable, and she was always happy to answer our questions and make sure everyone had a great experience. This was a fantastic day filled with beautiful landscapes, culture, and unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai. Thank you, Lea, for making our trip so special!
We had the tour with Lea. She is awesome and we learned a lot about the city. She makes the experience smooth, enjoyable and stress-free. She also adjusted the timing for us to suite our schedule. I chose this tour as I wanted the flexibility for my husband and I to do the bits we wanted and to skip the parts we were not interested in. Roy was great and had a lot of knowledge. Our trip was seamless from the pick up to drop off. We felt very well looked after and the cars that transported us were immaculate. Would recommend to anyone.

It was an excellent experience with a lot of learning. I understand English but I don't speak. The guys who tell you all the stories and show you all the places are excellent with the language and have impeccable Attention, plus they are nice people. I'm leaving china very happy with everything I knew and learned. Without more to say, thank you very much
