We had a fantastic time visiting the Grutas Tolantongo hot springs. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip! The scenery was beautiful and the whole experience was well organised. Our tour guide Raul was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire day, offering to take photos of us and making sure we had everything we needed. Shout out to our driver Hugo too! Highly recommend this tour!

We have such an amazing time on this adventure. Despite the fact that the trip up was at an ungodly hour and a very uncomfortably long ride; it was well worth the trip. Our guide Michel was very nice and very knowledgeable. She shared a lot of tidbits while we hung out in the river. It was an amazing trip!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Tolantongo Hot Springs! We had an amazing day at Tolantongo Hot Springs. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hot pools surrounded by the mountains are a unique and unforgettable experience. We also really enjoyed exploring the different areas, including the river, caves and thermal pools. A special thank you to our guide, Maria, who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, looked after us throughout the day and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The journey is quite long, but the incredible scenery and experience at Tolantongo make it well worth it. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico and highly recommended!

Very organized tour with proactive communication of pick up time the day before, our guide, Ric, explained everything along the way and stayed with us the whole time! Ric’s energy and presence made the experience so much more enjoyable! Our driver was also amazing! 10000/10 experience! Must do when you’re in Mexico City with Mexican Tales!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Experiencing Tolantongo was amazing!!! The ranges and the Grutas were glorious!! I kept thanking God and said a silent prayer praising Elohim for His wonderful creations, as my Son and I soaked in His mineral waters while looking out across the mountains. Our guide, Ara, took such good care of us and made us feel welcomed!!! She made sure we were safe and comfortable the whole trip. She even took pics for us on her phone and sent them to us, as we didn’t have plastic cases to protect our phones from all the water. The driver was great too!!! He got us there and back safe and sound!!! Nice experience with Mexican Tales. Thank you, Ara and driver!!! Grateful!!!

Fabulous day and opportunity to bathe in thermal pools, explore caves and river. Well guided by Maria and although a long journey, was well worth the early start! Make sure you bring a good waterproof case for your phone!

My experience with Mexican Tales was fantastic! I loved that they picked my hubby and I so close to our hotel in Mexico City for this exciting trip to Tolantongo . Our guides were knowledgeable of the area and they took us to a fantastic spot within this beautiful water park to have food. The fee is more than fair and the amount of time spent was great. I appreciated the enthusiasm by the guide and the driver. I would book again.

One of the best day trips I've ever had in my life. The tour guide was amazing, the hot springs, the cave, and the river were all amazing and incredibly worth it. Breakfast at the restaurant was great too :) All in all it was a 10/10 experience and I'm so glad I booked it.
