Horrible!!
This was a horrible experience!!! They overbooked the venue had overcapacity was only able to be there for 5 mins and they didn’t want to let us leave we had to force ourselves out !! Do not recommend !!!!!!

I do not recommend
We had a problem leaving the hotel, and a man yelled at us very badly. I do not recommend this travel agency. This man in the photo made my friend cry because of how violent he was when talking to us for not having left the hotel on time.

Amazing Performance! But crazy crowded
The place was way over crowded you could not walk to the bar or restroom. There probably was a capacity of about 300 but at least 500 people was packed in there! Security could have done a better job at controlling the crowd, there was drinks spilling, bottles breaking and people vomiting 🤢 This is a One and Done type of Event. I will say the performance and Music was Amazing!

Clear communication is needed
We did not get pick up as was specified in the booking even after confirming that this was the case on more than one occasion. This was really inconvenient for us. The experience at coco bongo was 1000/10 though.

They sell a product if they have knowledge. Alfredo on sale at the Riu Palace Punta Cana gave us a price that was not
Alfredo in Riu Punta Cana sold us something that did not exist when we arrived at coco bongo. The value of the bottles was twice the value that passed us

100% recommended tour
excellent service and very good experience. The transfer from the hotel and the return was very well coordinated and the show was spectacular

Absolutely awesome
Absolutely Amazing!! Was dubious about going as it was a high value trip and I was travelling solo but the trip was well organised, I went gold member and met other people and had an absolute ball!! Arrived in time for the start of the show and was picked up at 1.30! Defo recommend

Failure on the part of the operator
Of 3 tours purchased, the operator of this never contacted me, wait in the hotel lobby according to what appeared on my ticket and did not come to pick me up.

I do not recommend transfer
The show always shows... but the transfer PESIMO, they wanted us with 1h delay and on the return they did not want to leave us at the door of our but in one of the chain. We had to argue to finally be dropped off at our hotel.. important to mention that the group had very strong air conditioning. All the passengers complained, we opened the mic windows because they did nothing

Great place and great show, fully enjoyed the atmosphere and the performance. The only down part was some sewerage smell which was bad, that happened about 11 pm, till then it was fine
