I’m perfectly happy with the service. The drivers were always on time, helpful and polite. They had to wait a bit because of airport queues, but it was not a problem. They were very patient and friendly. The cars were clean, AC working properly. We also had a little chat about Sri Lanka and what to do there. We felt well taken care of and safe. Thank you.

Dusith, our driver, was truly our blessing on this trip! ❤️ We spent 12 days travelling around Sri Lanka, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better person to have with us throughout the journey. As two girls travelling together, safety was very important to us, and Dusith made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and cared for every single day. He was always punctual, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely looked out for us like family. One of my favourite memories was when we were exhausted and wanted to skip Lotus Tower. Dusith simply said, “Madam, you must see it!” We listened to him, and we’re so glad we did—it ended up being one of our favourite experiences of the trip. A big thank you as well to Tharushi, who helped us plan and book everything. She was incredibly flexible, always available when we needed her, and kept checking in on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. From the moment we landed until the moment we left, our 12-day trip was seamless—not a single hiccup! The driving was excellent, the service and coordination were amazing, and the hospitality was second to none. The personalised mugs they gifted us at the end were the sweetest surprise and such a thoughtful touch.
