It was beautiful! The weather cooperated, a fiery sunrise, perfect takeoff and landing. Our pilot, Suleyman, was very nice and very experienced: we flew high and low, and the landing was a mastery of precision. Really enjoyed it!

Lovely views, safe flight, incredible experience. Good communication beforehand to schedule pickup time, and very responsive when the driver was running a bit late. The balloon flight itself was about 50 minutes. There are between 3-4 people in each section of the balloon, and as it keeps rotating you always manage to get a great view. Yes they try to sell you the video but they aren’t pushy about it. Do make sure you book your first morning you’re in Cappadocia - I was lucky that balloons were flying the day I booked, as the prior two days they were grounded.

An absolutely incredible experience — one of the true highlights of my trip to Cappadocia. I booked the standard 1-hour flight through Türkiye Balloons, with an early pickup from the Aydinli Cave Hotel around 5:15am, and the whole operation was smooth from start to finish. Communication ahead of time was clear and responsive — they confirmed pickup details the night before and were right on time. The minibus took us to the launch area, and once the team got clearance from the authorities, we were up in the air watching the sunrise over Goreme National Park. There's really nothing quite like drifting silently over the fairy chimneys and valleys of Cappadocia as the early morning light hits the rock formations — photos don't do it justice. What really made the flight stand out was the pilot's skill. The control and precision he showed maneuvering the balloon — adjusting altitude to get us close to the rock formations at just the right moments, then smoothly rising back up — was genuinely impressive. It's clear these pilots are true professionals who fly this route constantly and know exactly what they're doing. I felt completely safe the entire time, even during the more dramatic dips and rises, which says a lot given how exposed you feel in a balloon basket. My only small note is that the pilot had a fairly strong accent, which made it a little difficult to catch everything he was saying over the wind and burner noise. It didn't take away from the experience at all, but a bit more amplification or slightly slower delivery during the safety briefing might help other guests who aren't used to the accent. Beyond that, everything about this was fantastic. The service was excellent from booking through pickup, the flight itself was smooth and safe, and the views over Cappadocia at sunrise are something I'll remember for a long time. About 2.5 hours total door-to-door for a 1-hour flight, and every bit of it worth it. If you're visiting Cappadocia, this is not something to skip. Highly recommend Türkiye Balloons for anyone looking for a well-run, safe, and genuinely magical hot air balloon experience.

Unforgettable experience, enjoyed by both young adults and their parents; balloonriding comes at a cost, but is definitely worth it! The captain Bekir and his crew were a very professional team from take-off to landing the basket right back on the car, including coffee/tea before and a non-alvoholic sparkling drink after the ride, there is so much to see, the landscape, the colours of the balloons,…

The company is reliable. The first flight was canceled due to weather conditions and they immediately issued a refund. In all of this, they allowed us to make an instant booking for the following day and it was successful. The flight was beautiful, exciting, and took place in maximum tranquility and safety. The pilot is really good. They came to pick us up directly at the hotel and then took us back. At the beginning of the flight they offered us breakfast, and at the end of the flight a small refreshment. I recommend it.

I cannot comment on that, but the booking refund process was seamless. The reason was bad weather.
