Hi, We all really enjoyed the flight experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, and Ismail, our flight guide, was especially wonderful. He kept us well informed throughout the flight, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The light breakfast 😊 was also very nice, with a good variety of choices. We also appreciated the clear communication regarding the pickup. We received updates by message and were informed of the pickup time the evening before. Thank you for making the whole experience so exceptional.

This was the most spectacular experience. Do not miss the sunrise balloon flight, it’s the most unique landscape. We were in a basket of 20 people and it was very comfortable. Our pilot was Selcuk and it was evident he was very experienced, we felt very safe and it was so pleasant listening to music, hearing his explanations and just enjoying the scenery. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience all the way through. Our pickup was perfectly on time, there was a great spread for breakfast, and the actual flight was absolutely breathtaking. Our pilot was funny and gave us plenty of interesting information along the way. 10/10 would book with this company again!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Watching the sunrise over Cappadocia from a hot air balloon was honestly unforgettable — the views were breathtaking and something I’ll never forget. Everything was extremely well organised, and a special shout-out to Ismail, who was brilliant, friendly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This was one of the best experiences I have ever done in my life. Abdullah is the best pilot anyone could ask for. He was very informative and spoke to us about the area and also how the balloon works. He also had some great humour. I would recommend this company to anyone looking, it was absolutely impossible to fault their service from start to finish

Our family was amazed and pleasantly surprised at how great our balloon experience was with Turquaz Balloons. The communication about pick up time was great, and from the moment we were picked up until we were dropped off we felt like VIPs. Our basket had about 16 passengers which was very comfortable and roomy, and the crew were all very friendly and accommodating, offering to capture pics of all of us etc. I also have mention how exceptional our pilot, Izzet Ersoy, was during and after our flight. His combination of dry humour and skilled piloting made the experience memorable and enjoyable. He even approached each group after the flight to thank them while we were all enjoying the post flight sparkling wine. Based on our very good experience, I highly recommend Turquaz Balloons for anyone considering this while in the area.

Our hot air balloon ride was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and a 10/10 from start to finish. Yes, you have to wake up at the crack of dawn, but it's more than worth it. A group van picks you up along with other passengers on the way to the launch site. There was coffee/tea provided before takeoff, though we were running a little late and missed it. Getting in and out of the balloon felt completely safe, and both takeoff and landing were remarkably smooth. The flight itself was so gentle that you barely notice how high you're getting until you look down. The timing of the ride was perfect: we lingered in the sky to watch the sunrise and drifted a good distance from the launch point, taking in incredible views of Göreme, the caves, the fairy chimneys, and the other hotels, where people who'd woken up early were waving up at the balloons. We shared the balloon with about 20 other passengers, but everyone is split into small groups of 4 in smaller baskets, so no one feels crowded and everyone gets a great view. After landing, there was cake and champagne (or juice) waiting, along with a certificate and a souvenir magnet which was such a nice touch. They also offer professional photos and videos of the experience if you want to capture it all. It was truly magical, and it's an experience we'll remember for the rest of our lives.
