Great experience, but could use more of a tour guide kind of experience
The ride was amazing, however the hot environment of the air inside the plane was uncomfortable. Our free “non alcoholic” champagne was unexpected. It was free, so we can’t complain too much, although it would have been more enjoyable if it had alcohol I guess lol. The experience was nice, but we had expected more conversation to be had about the history of the areas we flew over. Our pilot was very quiet. We filled in the silence with questions and getting to know our pilot and made the best of the ride above the sky. Our take off and landing were phenomenal, just needed a bit more of a tour guide to make the ride more enjoyable.

Regarding the temperature inside the aircraft, Miami’s weather can be extremely hot, especially during the summer months. While we do our best to keep our aircraft as comfortable as possible, there are limitations due to the nature of small aircraft and the local climate.
As for the complimentary champagne, our product description clearly states that we provide non-alcoholic champagne. We understand if this was overlooked, but we do make every effort to ensure this information is available before booking.
Regarding the narration during the flight, our pilots are trained to point out the major landmarks and share information while also giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful experience of a private flight and take in the views. Many guests appreciate this balance, but we understand that some visitors may prefer a more detailed guided narration.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.

My best friend & I LOVED...
My best friend & I LOVED this experience! Our pilot was Marc (I forgot his full name) — but he was awesome. Keep in mind that the champagne they give out is NON ALCOHOLIC.

Yesterday I had an experience...
Yesterday I had an amazing experience with Sky Tours Miami and I really can't help recommending them. They took us over all of Miami Beach and Brickell, and it was just spectacular. The pilot, Marcel, was super friendly and attentive from the first moment; he was explaining everything we saw and making the ride even more special. You rating that they enjoy what they do and that is felt in every detail. The experience was 100% recommended for anyone who wants to live a unique time with friends, family or couple. Thank you for making this flight so memorable!

Amazing!
Amazing experience! I was very nervous participating in a airplane tour but pilot Yahia did an amazing job. He was very attentive, reassuring and helpful. I learned so much about Miami!!!! Due to Pilot Yahia talking and telling me about important landmarks l, this helped me feel at ease and really enjoy the experience. I would definitely recommend sky tours! The professionalism and cleanliness of the planes was a + !!!!

Best experience ever
It was so beautiful seeing night of Miami and so romantic with my partner that planned it. We drank champagne and Piero was very nice and speaking to us while in the plane in what we are looking at. We 100% recommend ! We felt like we were in the 50 shades movie scene !!

A must do in Miami
Wonderful experience and we loved the approach! Soft drinks and Champagne are offered. The view is breathtaking from the top. Totally worth it.
