Our pilot Jerico was...
Our pilot Jerico was great. He was able to tell us a lot, was very friendly, and flew so smoothly that you hardly noticed you were sitting in a mini airplane.

There is no air conditioning on the aircraft, and there is barely any air to breathe.
First, the flight was supposed to last 45 minutes, but it lasted less than 30 minutes. The pilot arrived late. Our scheduled departure time was 11:30, but he didn't show up until 11:31. By the time we walked to the aircraft and boarded, it was already 11:38. We left the airport at 12:18. Second, the aircraft was very old, and there was absolutely no air conditioning. It was so unbearably hot that I started feeling sick. I was drenched in sweat. I couldn't enjoy the flight because, inside the aircraft, it felt like over 35°C, and there was barely any air to breathe.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the advertised 45-minute flight time is measured from engine start to engine shutdown, including taxi, takeoff, and landing—not airborne time alone. The 11:30 AM reservation time is the scheduled customer arrival/check-in time, so the pilot arriving at 11:31 AM was not considered late. Regarding the temperature, air conditioning is not advertised as an amenity, and Cessna 172 aircraft used by sightseeing tour operators are not equipped with air conditioning. We appreciate your feedback and regret that the heat affected your experience.

Unforgettable Miami Air Tour
Amazing air tour with my girlfriend! 🔥 We got to see Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Star Island, the Port of Miami, and the stunning coastline from above. The team was very professional from start to finish, and the pilot was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the flight feel safe and enjoyable. The views were absolutely incredible, and the whole experience was smooth and fun. Highly recommend this tour!

booked last minute and it ended up being the best decision of our trip. The views were unreal and the pilot made everything feel smooth and relaxed. you can tell they really know what they are doing.
