Went with my family (mother and my daughter) last Dec 29 and we had a good time. We have a private driver taking our pictures wherever possible. We love that he took us to Otaru Aquarium to see the Dolphin Show and Penguin walk. My daughter loves the matcha products from Sawawa Otaru in Sakaimachi 💗

Our driver, Beeske, was good and patient. We all liked her. She responded quickly to Whatsapp texts every time we were ready to be picked up and to move to the next stop. However, do not be deceived. This is NOT a guided tour! The only thing you get is a driver. You will be on your own. Honestly, if I knew, I would not have booked. Lastly, this tour operator did not contact me until the night before the scheduled tour. I was not informed who the driver would be and the driver herself confirmed that she was just booked the night before. The tour operator did his best to rectify the mistake but there were definitely anxious moments.
