Total disrespect. Reservation confirmed and canceled without prior notice. Disrespect to client.
Terrible experience. I received confirmation of the tour, we waited at the location from 4:55 AM to 5:50 AM, the agreed time was 5 AM, with no contact. After sending the message, thirty minutes later, I received information that the trip had been canceled due to weather and an accident. Without any warning or apology, it only informed me to ask for a refund through Trip Advisor. Total disrespect.

Entendo sua frustração, porém é que ainda não conseguimos prever um acidente para dar um aviso prévio. Geralmente acidente como a palavra mesmo diz é um acidente, algo inesperado. Que bom, que não fomos e evitamos um acidente com os passageiros, o lugar fechou de ultima hora sendo assim, impossivel dar um aviso previo.

Terrible experience with the operator, canceled the day before 20h50
We booked it days ago and thought that it would be a good experience.
Today i asked them if the pickup place was ok.
But just found out at 20h50 the day before that they canceled it.
So now im left with a day with no trip and wont be able to know Cajon Del Maipo with my wife.
Dont book with them, they may do the same with you.

Good tour, guide and excellent scenery
We were pleased with the tour. Everything went great. it was a good one day scenic tour and we would recommend it for people that do not have a lot of time.
