This cruise was delightful, only short Tower Bridge to Westminster Bridge, but good views and lots of interesting information. The highlight was the commentary by a young cockney cruise member. Humorous and informative, plenty of local colour.

London eye is fun spend around 30 minutes on this as it turns gradually while letting people off from some glass pods and letting others into others. Each pod can hold over 20 people with glass windows all round for all to get great viewing. You get views from all heights during your experience with views of all over london and the river thames, big ben, Westminster, tower bridge and more.

Shockingly late or cancelled services. Awful customer service and zero information, ladies at check-in disinterested and dismissive.

Bought hop on, hop off tickets for City Cruise for 4 people - not one pier had a boat available to get on yesterday. Went to Blackfriars, Westminster and Tower Hill piers - queues were so long, wait time ranged from 1-2 hours. Stood in queue, then couldn’t get on the boat coz it was full so told to wait for next one which comes every 30-40 minutes. What a waste for a day trip in London.

Boarding efficiently organised, Staff friendly and helpful especially to me a wheelchair user. Whole river trip very enjoyable, Comfortable seating and an excellent very witty and knowledgeable commentary from the guide. A lovely day out and very good value too.

Wonderful day out, I always book with city cruises, this is my fifth time and every time is a joy, I love listening to the commentary on the way down & back up! Would definitely recommend, can't wait to enjoy another trip down.

Cruise booked too late, watch out for the time of the last boat. We almost missed it. No audio guide on the boat, and they only speak English. We took the bus to cross and visit the city, and returned by boat on the Thames. Good price if you book as a group and take the bus at the same time.

Great relaxing river tour from boarding to disembarking. Everything very well run. Great informal commentary by Will & co (can’t remember the other captain’s name). Very knowledgeable about the various places and areas we passed and very funny. Even the problem with the toilets was resolved very quickly. We were on the boat for around 3.5 hours having boarded at London Eye Pier, travelling to Greenwich Pier and back to London Eye. Very enjoyable. Would highly recommend

Great commentary from the crew member, we all loved seeing the sights from the upper level of the boat. Really good value to see all the bridges. And a nice chance to get off our feet.
