Great tour! The shopkeepers clearly appreciated the tour guide and had a good relationship. The tastings were delicious and informative and the tour supports small businesses in Zurich. This company is great so definitely recommend booking with them!

The chocolatiers were very friendly, explained their chocolate making and answered questions. We had interesting conversations at each of the 3 shops. The samples were delicious and varied. We wondered whether there might be more chocolate shops. Our tour guide, Sandro, was very friendly and spoke excellent English. He answered all of our questions about Zurich. The only misunderstanding was that we thought this was a van tour.

Our tour guide Simona was very friendly and interesting while explaining the history of chocolate and the process of how it is made. The chocolate shops we visited all had incredible chocolate to try, and we ended up going back to buy some later. Absolutely wonderful experience, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Very enjoyable tour which moved at a good pace. Partner chocolate shops were very welcoming. Host adapted well to the rainy conditions.

My experience with chocolate is minimal. After taking this tour with Simona as my guide, I can say my understanding of the history of chocolate and the many steps it takes to make chocolate has elevated! The tour was of 3 different chocolate boutiques with 3 very charismatic and knowledgeable chocolatiers. Their passion for the cacao bean matches that of Simona’s!! As we walked from place to place, Simona shared her knowledge of chocolate. Lastly and in a side note, I went to the wrong meeting spot and I was so disappointed because I thought I missed the tour, when my phone rang…it was Simona. She came and found me and I was able to experience this very insightful tour!!
