First, we’d like to clarify that the price of the tour is proportional to the exclusive experience provided, and as a group of two, you actually paid the minimum possible rate. Regarding the guide, I must point out that he is a native English speaker, and a quick glance at other reviews will show countless compliments from American, British, and other international guests who have praised his communication skills. Additionally, it’s important to note that you did not book the "Sunset Tour," but rather the 3-hour tour, which included Palermo, Mondello, and Mount Pellegrino, and happened to be scheduled during sunset hours. We would have loved to show you a beautiful sunset at Mount Pellegrino, but unfortunately, the sky was cloudy that day, and as much as we’d like to, we simply cannot control the weather. There was indeed some unfortunate timing with rain halfway through the tour at Mount Pellegrino, and for the safety of everyone, we made the decision to return early to avoid any unnecessary risks. Safety is our top priority. However, the rain lasted only during that brief half-hour at Mount Pellegrino, and the total time of your 3-hour tour was fully compensated by additional exploration of unique and lesser-known parts of Palermo afterward. CruiserCar is known for its romantic atmosphere, and we regret that for the sake of a missed refund, you would suggest needing a group of six to enjoy the experience.
