Day trip Casa → Fes with Excellence Morocco Tours and our guide Saad. Top-notch organization! Saad is very professional, passionate, and knows Fez by heart. He helped us discover the secrets of the medina, the tanneries, and the history of the city with a lot of humor. Long day, but we didn't feel it pass. I recommend Excellence Morocco Tours 100%.
I had the pleasure of visiting the magnificent city of Fez and discovering several of its historical sites. I really appreciated the beauty of the city, its history, and its authentic atmosphere. A big thank you also to the tour team that accompanied me: professional, warm, and very pleasant service. The driver was punctual, friendly, and drove very well. The car was comfortable, clean, and above all equipped with air conditioning, which made the trips very pleasant despite the heat. Everything went very well from start to finish. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wishes to discover Fez in good conditions. Thanks again for your excellent service! 🙏🇲🇦
Excellence tour are very professional whether it be the driver or the guide I thank them for their services I had a very beautiful vacation me and my family
Yusef was a knowledgeable guide that was a pleasure to explore Fes with because he not only catered to our interests when touring but was also instrumental in helping resolve negotiations when a souvenir purchase went wrong. He went above and beyond.
Thank you for your feedback. we are so happy to serve you.
Had a one day tour of Fes with Youssef in March. I cannot say too many good things about what an excellent guide he was. He not only took us all over the city and listened carefully to our needs and desires but he went out of his way to help us facilitate a difficult situation concerning the return of an item which one of us bought. He did this on a day that he was not even contracted for. He went above and beyond his job and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in the services he performed. Spending the day with him was enjoyable and informative. His command of English and his humor added to the experience. I have recommended his services to friends and would certainly consider hiring him again when I return to Morocco, perhaps for a longer tour.
Thank you for your feedback.
