Meeting point was not accurate. Bus was 1 1/2 blocks away. Bus had a sign with a tour that was different than our tour name. Almost missed our tour even though we were at the given meeting place 20 minutes before the scheduled tour. Tour does not include gondola ride to top of Montmorency Falls. It takes extra time to stand in line to purchase tickets, then stand in line to ride the gondola. We had only enough time to walk to the bridge, take a few pictures and return to the gondola ride line. Need more time at this stop. Second stop was Chocolaterie de I’ll d’Orleans. This was the only stop to get food on a 5 hour tour. We spent the entire time in line to purchase a sandwich and drink. We ate on the bus. We also visited the Copper Art and Museum and Basilica of Sainte Anne de Beapre. I would not recommend this tour.

The guide Simon was interesting and entertaining. He talked throughout the bus rides between each stop. It was raining throughout the tour so that did dampen the experience. I took the cable car to the top of the falls and walked up to the bridge. It’s probably better view from the bottom but fun to be at the top. There are stairs to get to the viewing areas at the top so it limited some of our group. I did not love the little island but most of the group enjoyed the chocolate store. The copper museum was interesting. The basilica was amazing and truly beautiful inside. One of the most beautiful churches I have seen. The tour started at 10:30 and ended at 4.

Poor experience to start with. Arrived at meet point 10 mins early. No pickup after 15 mins. Turns out on calling pick up point had changed. Went to the new point to find bus had left without us. No phone call not nothing check where we were. We were literally at the new point but the bus had a different title to ours so didn’t know it was our bus. Finally got another bus to meet up at the falls with the original bus. Beside the Falls which are lovely. Trip was a bit lacklustre. More like a trip to sell you stuff at each point.

The tour itself and the guide (Martin) were outstanding. The reason for the score of 3 was the 1 hour delay in the start of the tour. I understand there was an event in another part of the city that slowed the process, but you’re paying for local knowledge and not being prepared to adjust for another event seems like a simple thing to correct. The other minor negative is the bus seating. Some of the seats on the lower level are facing backwards and another is completely blocked from views to the right. Martin is a great guide, extremely knowledgeable and adaptable to his passenger’s needs and exceptionally humorous and friendly. The stops on Ile d’Orleans and at the copper artisan were great

Confusion at the onset; not sure which bus since there were several. It would have been helpful for signage. But once we got going it was fine….

Our guide was phenomenal and this was a great tour.

Driver arrived 40 minutes late. No communication that he would be late. Driver apologetic but was not enough. We were already late and then spent 35 minutes at chocolate story. We arrived at the falls at 515pm. The last cable car down from the falls was 615. By the time we purchased our ticket, we were told there was no time to go from the top to the bridge catch the last cable car down.

Arrived 15 min early to the meeting point by the Swiss clock as mentioned in our email. Found a crowd of confused people also on the tour unsure exactly where the bus is supposed to arrive, we find out it’s actually on the opposite side of the street. We all line up, but my group is denied entry by bus driver who tells us we have the wrong tour. Me and my wife rush to the tour office. The teenager behind the counter assure us our tickets are correct and that the bus driver was wrong. We are escorted back by a curly brown haired boy to the bus stop just to watch it leave. Instead of making any effort to flag down the bus the boy just tells us to try and catch it on foot. My group consists of two people over 65, when this is pointed out to the boy, he tell us “do you want to argue or catch the bus?” I guess he did not care if some of our group physically cannot run the kilometer where the bus is now supposed to be. Obviously we do not make it. When call the office to ask what our next options were, the woman on the phone suggest we uber to the next stop, when asking where teh next stop was, we were told they did not know. When we asked for a refund they tell us we were late so no refund is available, which is strange, how were we able to speak t the bus driver if we were late? A reschedule is offered to for 1pm. We agree as we have paid, and genuinely wanted to see the waterfall. The bus is late and we do not leave till 145pm. Then we are funneled to three different tourist traps before we arrive at the waterfall. There we are given 1 hour while there. 25 min was spent waiting on line for the tram, another 5 to get up there. The 30 mins you have left is no where near enough time to cross the bridge to actually see the waterfalls as promised. In the end, because of incompetence, disorganizeation, and dishonesty, our whole day and the money spent was wasted on a tourist trap of a bus trip. We were better off getting an uber to the waterfalls to avoid the worthless stops they force you to go to so you can spend money on trash souvenirs. I am going to do my best to speak to my credit card company to get a charge back for this giant waste of time of a tour.

Wonderful tour. Be sure you are ready for a long climb after the gondola ride to the waterfall. If you have any mobility issues, you can't make it to the bridge over the falls in the time that's given.

Excellent tour. We appreciated how they listened to prior reviewers and added time at the falls and copper museum stops. Tour was well balanced with adequate time at each stop.
