Manager should accommodate for more appropriate pickup point. Your guide was exceptional. Vehicle too small for 4 adults.

You're right about the vehicle size, and I appreciate you flagging it. I'll look into arranging larger vehicles for groups of 4 adults going forward. Regarding the pickup location, your guide followed the instructions on the reservation form, which specified Pier 30. It looks like your cruise ship's docking pier may have changed last minute. For situations like that, mentioning the ship's name rather than the pier number helps our team track the change and adjust the pickup accordingly. Thanks again for your trust, and I hope to welcome you back in our beautiful city.

Awesome day
Adam was great, would customize tour to our specific wants. Falls were amazing as was church. Isle de Orleans was beautiful and fun. We got to try crepes, apple cider, pizza, chocolates and ice cream. All very good. Weather cooperated, no rain though it was in forecast. Not too hot or too cool.

We had a wonderful day with our driver Adam. He was extremely accommodating and gave us a concise overview of each stop on the itinerary. We were able to customize our excursion to match our interests by adding in a stop not on the itinerary and skipping over others.

Great tour guide, beautiful tour, wonderful day!
What a great day we had with Adam. This young man really enjoys his work and it shows. He has a plan, knows the history, and takes genuine care to plan and provide a great tour for everyone. My wife and I had originally planned a group trip.....you know, on a bus, etc. We were concerned we were not going to get enough time....at the falls, in particular. Adam dropped us at the top, allowed us to explore and wind our way to the bottom, where he picked us up to continue the trip. We both felt the tour was worth the extra money. Extra time was given, he took us to a lovely spot for a nice lunch, and even got us an ice-cream! Adam is HIGHLY recommended. We saw him 2 days later with other clients and he remembered our names! Great young man, great tour, wonderful day!
