The tour was excellent. Phillip was a great guide. He was knowledgeable and kept the tour on pace with a few stops for drinks and souvenirs. English was very good. It was a good bit of walking both up and down stairs and uneven ground but doable - rated easy! The garden and palace were incredible. Highly recommend. .

Carlos is my guy!
Carlos is an amazing guide. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, funny, witty, down-to-earth, and, above all, just a genuinely great person. We had an absolute blast and would wish everyone the same experience.
He takes the time to explain everything properly, is clearly very passionate about what he does, and makes the whole experience both engaging and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Alhambra and Gardenlife experience with Antonio
Antonio was simply amazing. His knowledge of the history of the periods and plant identification in both the Gardenlife and the Alhambra was exceptional. Very easy to understand. A lot to see but never felt rushed. The sights are indescribable and now understand why our travel agent said book well in advance.

Exceptional Tour
I visited Alhambra & Generalife Gardens yesterday while in port at Motril. The tour, overall, was excellent. I was picked up immediately outside of my ship and had a lovely drive to Granada. Our small, private walking tour was exceptional. In addition to the beautiful gardens and architecture, our tour guide, Carlos, made the experience even better. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he took the time to give detailed explanations (in both English and Spanish) of the intricacies throughout the facilities. He’s one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had!

Half day walking tour of Alhambra
Excellent tour. Our group was small, only six people. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the history of the palace and gardens to us. We were able to walk in easily.

Misleading Booking Experience
Be careful! The website allows you to book the tour the day before, making you believe you’ll be able to access all the Alhambra palaces thanks to their claimed priority access. That was not the case.
If visiting the Alhambra is important to you, book your tickets well in advance and don’t rely on these promises. Very disappointing experience.

The reservation you made did not include the Nasrid Palaces. That is why you were unable to see that part of the monument (although you did see the rest).
We do not know if there was a mix-up when the booking was made, but it is true that it is sometimes not possible to upgrade and include the Nasrid Palaces on the day of the visit itself. This is because there is a limit on the number of people allowed to enter each hour, and availability may be lacking if you try to book on the very day you plan to visit.
In any case, we regret the disappointment caused by your visit to the Alhambra (without the Nasrid Palaces).

A wonderful day at the Alhambra in the company of Carlos Fuente.
A wonderful day with my son Antonio at the Alhambra.
Our guide Carlos Fuentes was exceptional, friendly, and with his passion, he conveyed his knowledge to us.
We spent a day in his company visiting the marvelous palaces and Albaycin.
I recommend Carlos as a guide, and he deserves a ten with honors.

Why restrict to 3 when most are couples?
They set price for 3. If you have 2 they don’t let you add 3rd person after booking. Require PP ID at booking. Met others angry with them taking pmt for 3. Reselling the seat and adm tkt for 3rd to others. $626 for 2 is price if u don’t have 3.

The Alhambra, a must see if you're in Spain
We were picked up directly from the boat in a very comfortable car. The tour itself at the Alhambra was amazing, our driver organised the tickets for us which made it very easy. The Alhambra itself was breathtaking. After a very hot day at the Alhambra the lovely air conditioned ride back to the boat was comfortable. Miguel was so kind to us. My husband left his phone in the car and he drove back to the boat to give it to him. The tour itself is amazing, it's such a beautiful place, add the incredible service to and from the boat and you get a great experience star to finish
