Ticket pick up was reasonably easy to find although having a taxi made a difference. Staff were extremely helpful with site map and suggestions regarding use of time.

The information for the ticket and audio guide pickup point should be at the beginning of the voucher or in the confirmation email, since nowadays we read almost everything on a phone. It was not easy to find the ticket redemption point; the worst part is that an "information" person at the Alhambra had no idea and was going to send us to buy other tickets. Luckily, a security person was more informed than everyone else and very kindly pointed out where it was. Otherwise, I thought it was a good option; since it is an application, you do it at your own pace and listen to it as many times as you want.

Our guided tour of the Alhambra was absolutely outstanding, largely thanks to our brilliant guide, Carlos. His knowledge was incredible, he seemed to know every detail about every corner, room and section of the palace and its grounds. Carlos brought the history of the Alhambra to life through fascinating stories and detailed explanations. His knowledge extended far beyond the palace itself, giving us a much deeper understanding of Granada and its rich history. If you are considering booking this tour, do not hesitate. Ask for Carlos if possible, you will leave with an in-depth understanding and genuine appreciation of both the Alhambra and Granada. Highly recommended!

A must-visit place if you are passing through the Granada region. Paid parking at a price that is not exorbitant (€11.50 for 4 hours). If you wish to eat when leaving the site, the Carmen restaurant is a good recommendation. The daily menu is priced at €16.50, it is located right in front of the site exit, on the other side of the road, the entrance is a bit hidden, you can access it through the souvenir shop entrance (stairs). Small tip: visit the site as soon as it opens because there are fewer people and above all it is less hot!
Nous partageons entièrement votre avis, l'Alhambra est un monument incourtounable. Pendant l'été, Il est préférable de le visiter dès le matin.

I liked the easy access and self-pacing. I expect a personal guide would have provided more color, but this provided a good overview of the facts and history of the site.

The Map was not easy to read. Some of the tracks were closed. The price we paid was higher than it would be if we paid at the entrance directly. But still we enjoyed it very much. It is a lot to walk and good shoes are a must. As we were there it was 40 degrees but lots of possibilities to get water, even water fountains are on the path through the Alhambra. Overall a great experience for everyone.

The staff at the meeting point were great , polite, patient and well organized.. the setup for our timed visit to the Nasrid palace was perfect. It is entirely worthy !! but … We just didn’t enjoyed the audioguide. Unable to set it loud enough to cover the ambient noise . Also It was hard to follow / match where we were with the audioguide , because a lot of room looked the same… But personally, I would not take a fully guided tour with a group, that would be too painful for me .
