Monty was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a fabulous job hitting the highlights of the beautiful Louvre!

We visited the Louvre with Hugo on September 13. Hugo was the consummate host. He had certain things he thought we should see but also was amenable to things we really wanted to see as well. He was patient and very into the two seniors ( my husband and I --and our son was also there) . I am not sure why but I thought all I would be looking at was paintings but Hugo made the excursion paintings of course, but also history and interesting facts about the museum that totally captivated us. And we saw more than paintings as well. Of course none of this would have been available to us had it not been for Juliette the sales manager who initially helped us focus on the tour and what we wanted to get out of it. The staff at Dayin are all great as a team and making the customer feel supported during the event. Good experience overall - the museum is incredible. I had to send a message to Dayin Paris because I did not get a reminder message about the tour and I wanted to confirm they were getting us. They did not pick us up, but did send a taxi to get us - no problem The guide was great, however, she did have bad breath that made the experience a bit off-putting because we had to lean in to hear her. Otherwise, it was great.

He was an excellent tour guide. He helped me get to all of the most popular exhibits at the museum and explained thoroughly, the significance or the history behind the artifacts. It was quite a enjoyable experience.I would recommend him for other tours.
