We booked and paid for a full-day tour, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Our tour was interrupted three separate times because the company was also picking up and dropping off other guests who had booked half-day tours. In the middle of our sightseeing, we had to drive back to pick up additional passengers, continue the tour, and then interrupt it again to collect people from two different hotels in different areas. With the heavy traffic, a significant amount of our tour time was spent driving back and forth instead of sightseeing. Our driver was professional and drove safely, but he was not really a tour guide. We expected to learn about the places we were visiting, their history, and interesting facts about the area. Instead, he mostly just told us the name of each place, dropped us off, and waited for us to return. When you pay for a full-day guided tour, you expect the day to be organized around the tour—not repeatedly interrupted to accommodate other bookings. We were disappointed because this was not the experience we expected or paid for.

Bruno was an amazing tour guide! He made sure to get us the best views and was so personable and friendly the whole time. Highly recommend this tour!

Tour was cancelled at last minute and I had to call because I was waiting for a long time. Horrible customer service. They didn’t even call me. I had to call them. I asked them to look for other tours replacing the cancelled one. They couldn’t help me at all.

We would highly recommend the Azores Land Tour. Jose was very personable and informative which made the day awesome!!! Lunch was great! 5 Stars!!!

The Gide had local knowledge to tell us about the area. He gave us great information on the tour. We enjoyed going to the different places and to see the area. It was a great experience!

Breathtaking views and knowledgeable guide. Small group in the comfortable van. Pick up at our hotel. All you can eat and drink lunch.. winner all around.

We highly recommend this company. Jose and his staff were excellent. We had 3 days of tours and then added a 4th day. Personalized service and full of knowledge about the island. We had a fantastic time with no worries of how to get to these places. I would recommend this service over renting a car. We will be back. This island is so beautiful. The Parque Natural da Ribeira dos Caldeiroes was one of our favorites.

It was good and the places we visited were great. The only regret is that your tour promised a Tasting of Pineapple Jams and Liquor, this did not happened. The driver guide is good but at times we felt that we were in a fast moving ride.
