Poor ending - Do Not Recommend
Booked a sunset catamaran via a Royal Caribbean excursion. When we returned to the dock, we were yelled at by larger man wearing a yellow tour polo to get off while the catamaran. We and another couple were waiting for the photographer who had taken quite a few photos and had been showing them and taking orders from everyone onboard. So what could have ended on a very positive note, ended up being a poor ending. And yes, the photographer ran up to the boardwalk area afterwards but as the marina area was now dark and most stores and bars had already closed, I wasn’t going to wait around and open my wallet there.
Not sure why this guy had to yell at the four of us (and we were not traveling with the other couple) rather than allow us to wait and have the same opportunity to view and purchase photos that every other guest had. An extra 5 minutes certainly would not have delayed anyone else as there were no other tours waiting.
This was the Pezgato III on Sunday, Sept 6.

We would like to clarify that Royal Caribbean contracts with independent tour operators to provide and coordinate the excursions offered through their cruise program. Pez Gato is not responsible for the booking or management of the Royal Caribbean excursion program, and therefore we are not in a position to address or resolve complaints related to how the excursion was handled through Royal Caribbean.
For this reason, we kindly recommend that you contact Royal Caribbean directly and submit your complaint to them, including the date of the excursion (Sunday, September 6), the vessel (Pez Gato III), and the details of the incident. They will be able to review the matter with the appropriate parties.
We appreciate your feedback and hope Royal Caribbean is able to assist you with your concerns.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
This was an absolutely fabulous trip!! The sail was amazing the sunset breathtaking and the staff were so fun!! Highly recommended!!!

Cruise was fun, crew attentive and plenty to drink. Snacks are chips. I would book this excursion again.

Cabo Sunset cruise
This was an amazing cruise with excellent service . The bartender & Host was amazing ! You won’t be disappointed! Great music & perfect sunset vibes ! I highly recommend them .

Very disappointed
Very cheap!!! The boat was awful! Small and dirty. The food were chips and candy. Could not wait to get off the boat.

The crew was lively and very careful to address each group on board directly and attentively. Music, drinks and party snacks were included. Beautiful scenery and crew took photos of your group, along the way.

Great fun

The cruise started out...
The cruise started out rather slow but after the captain navigated the boat out of the busy traffic area the party started and didn't stop until we docked. What ablast!
