Our records, phone call logs, and WhatsApp messages show that your group was running late, and you repeatedly confirmed this while our driver was already at the resort. As clearly stated in your confirmation, guests must be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before pick-up. Out of respect for the other guests who were on time, the driver could only wait a few extra minutes before departing. We even offered to reschedule your tour free of charge, which you declined. As per our policy, no refunds are offered for late arrivals or no-shows. We’ve proudly operated for over 10 years with thousands of happy guests, and it’s unfair to discredit our service due to a situation caused by a delay on your end.
