Miscue from drivers/staff.
Difficult to communicate with the company. Email, phone, they promise to call back but don't. Driver passed us by without stopping. Certain staff were not willing to listen to our concerns and kept repeating company policy. Finally after missing two buses one manager apologized and promised we would receive some compensation for the misunderstanding and lack of providing help.

Caring and Accomodating
Our driver, Max and tour guide Kenzie were absolutely amazing. They made two Saskatchewan seniors feel cared for and special. The tour was very informative. All in all, a great experience!

Gray Line Hop on in unforgettable Ottawa
The Special Package 1-day pass hop on hop off & river cruise is great🤩!! Our guide, so cultured and prepared, was also so kind; he even waited for me to buy a coffee to enjoy on the tour and recommended where to buy it❣I also highlight the professionalism and dedication of CAMRYN, who helped us with her knowledge, experience, and friendliness, and her partner (such a fan of our Messi!!) who was the bartender on our very fun boat ride. The Gray Line group, BRILLIANT❣️❣️❣️ Ottawa is a dream city and its people SO kind❤️. I recommend 2 to 3 nights in that destination. Don't miss it🤩🙏

Good Way to Tour Ottawa But Expensive
My wife and I booked the one day, hop-on, hop-off Ottawa tour for 9/5/26 so we could see some attractions we had not visited in October 2025 without having to navigate the traffic (Ottawa drivers are crazy!) and worry about parking. It was easy to find the bus's starting location at Sparks St (pedestrian only) and Elgin. Our tickets said to arrive 30 minutes early. That was unnecessary - you could probably show up 10 minutes prior to your departure time if you purchased tickets ahead of time. When we showed the teenager working the both our print at home tickets, he took a 5 second glance and said we were checked in. The teenager also failed to give us wrist bracelets, which you need to wear if you "hop off" so the bus drivers know you have paid and can get back on the bus without any issues. Only when we saw other passengers getting on the bus with the paper bracelets did we know to ask for them from the staff. The tours are bilingual and the bus drivers/tour guides were very friendly. The narration provided interesting facts about the city. If you do not get off the bus anywhere, your trip will be over in about 75 minutes. For two adults, we spent $119 CAD which included taxes and fees, which is a little steep for such a short amount of time.
