Olga was a wonderful source of knowledge and a very kind teacher, overall it was a really lovely experience, definitely a highlight of our trip, and for me I think the best souvenir to take back home to then have a pierogi making party with family.

A lovely way to experience Polish culture through food! We had great fun learning to make traditional pierogi and came away with more than just a tasty meal…we learned something we can enjoy making and sharing for years to come. Highly recommended!

This was one of the most fun, enjoyable experiences we had in Poland. Olga made this a true authentic experience from the local market to her family recipe. We enjoyed her hospitality and her fish glasses (inside joke) well worth the time and money

We had a wonderful experience with Olga learning how to make pierogies from scratch. We first stopped by the market to choose the ingredients, and Olga helped us make substitutions for what we would find in the US. She took a step-by-step through the process of making the dough from scratch, and working with it so that we could learn from our own efforts. She guided us along to ensure our product came out well. Olga also provided filling snacks before we started our “work”. In the end, we got to taste what we made, and it was very yummy. Thank you, Olga. I look forward to creating pierogies in our own home.
